What happens
Megumi means to exorcise Yuji on the spot. Gojo turns up with souvenirs before he can, reads the situation in about a second, and asks Yuji to hand the body over to

Yuji agrees. He visits Sasaki at the hospital, where Iguchi still has not woken up, collects his grandfather's ashes, and swallows the second finger at the morgue. He gags at the taste rather than at the curse.
At Jujutsu High, Principal Yaga throws a cursed doll at him until he stops answering that he is doing this for a dead man's wish and says what he actually wants, which is to not die with regrets. Yaga lets him in. Gojo puts him in the room next to Megumi's and mentions the third first year they are collecting from Morioka Station in the morning.
