What happens
Kamo's arrows ignore the physics of the shot, because Blood Manipulation steers them, and he has prepared enough of them in advance that Megumi cannot simply wait for the blood loss. Then he closes the distance and breaks both tonfa, because he can thicken his own blood to reinforce his body, which Megumi calls doping.
The two of them are the same age, out of the same three families, carrying the same kind of inherited technique, and Kamo assumes that makes them the same person. He needs Yuji dead to hold his place as heir and keep his mother safe. Megumi has renounced the Zenin name and follows his own conscience, so the two of them settle for cursing each other.
