What happens
Kyoto's principal comes to Tokyo for a meeting and brings students.
Aoi TodoAoi TodoGrade 1 · HumanA grade 1 sorcerer from Kyoto Jujutsu High who decides the worth of every person he meets by asking one question: 'What kind of woman is your type?' His innate technique, Boogie Wo... finds Megumi and Nobara running errands for Maki and asks Megumi what kind of woman he likes, on the grounds that the answer tells you everything about a person, and boring people ruin the Goodwill Event. Megumi says an unshakable character. Todo decides that is boring and starts hitting him.
Megumi knows the story: Todo cleared the Shinjuku to Kyoto Night Parade of a hundred demons, five grade one curses and a special grade, supposedly without his innate technique. Todo corrects him. He used it on the special grade. Winged toads slow him down and nothing else does, and Panda and Inumaki have to pull Megumi out.
Mai shoots Nobara in the back and tells her to pick her fights better. The Zenin sisters manage one round of who is more useless before Nobara uses Maki as cover and goes after Mai's summer uniform.
Upstairs, Gojo has faked a schedule to get Gakuganji alone, and tells the head of the conservatives that unregistered special grades and a generation of students like his own will make the old classifications and the society built on them irrelevant.
A month later three mutilated bodies turn up at the Kinema Cinema. Yuji is sent to investigate, and the man walking away from the scene notices that this one can see him.
