Yuta copied his technique and used the foresight abilities to predict Sukun... staff gives him precognition. Specifically, while wielding it in combat, he can see a few seconds of his opponent's future actions. Those few seconds turn every exchange into a solved puzzle. Charles knows the attack before it starts, the dodge before the fist moves, the technique before it activates.
The foresight has limits: it only shows a short window, and overwhelming speed or unpredictable fighters can close the gap between 'seeing the future' and 'being fast enough to react to it.'
Usage in combat
Charles used the precognition advantage to punch above his weight class in the Culling Game, reading opponent movements before they happened. Against fighters with predictable patterns, G-Warstaff made him functionally untouchable.
