Background
The fastest sorcerer in the Zenin clan and its would-be heir, whose speed-based technique and family connections made him arrogant to the point of delusion. Naoya viewed himself as Toji's rightful successor and considered Maki's existence a personal insult.
Maki killed him. He came back as a vengeful cursed spirit, faster and more dangerous than before, with a domain expansion that manipulated time perception. Even death couldn't fix his ego.

Naoya's domain manipulates time perception within its boundaries. The lunar environment distorts how targets experience the passage of time, making their reactions lag behind reality. For Naoya, whose entire fighting style was built on speed: the temporal advantage turns an already fast fighter into something approaching untouchable. Naoya developed this domain after dying and being reborn as a vengeful cursed spirit. His grudge against Maki fueled an evolution that gave him capabilities he never had as a human sorcerer.
