At the Zenin estate, Naobito's will names Naoya as the twenty seventh head, and then a clause nobody was expecting names Megumi instead, conditional on Gojo being dead or gone, under an old agreement with Toji. Ogi and Jinichi accept it. Naoya does not. He tells the higher ups he will execute
