What happens
Yuji is up on the expressway when he sees transfigured humans working through a crowd below him, and he has no time to save any of them. Then Inumaki says spiced cod roe, gives him a peace sign, and takes the whole street off his hands.
At 10:10 he walks into an empty Shibuya Station and finds Choso on the stairs. Choso opens with
